We are looking for a versatile full-stack engineer whose core strength is engineering and problem solving — not any single framework. You'll own features end to end across modern web products, and pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools as the work demands.
You'll work in fast, visible cycles alongside designers and other engineers, with the autonomy to make sound technical decisions and the support to grow.
What You'll Do
- Own features end to end, from data model to deployed UI
- Build and maintain modern web applications with a focus on performance and clean, reusable code
- Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data models
- Integrate third-party services, payments, and data sources
- Choose the right tools and approaches for each problem, and learn new tech as needed
- Collaborate closely with design to ship polished, conversion-focused experiences
Required Skills
Must Have
- Strong engineering fundamentals: problem solving, data structures, and clean, maintainable code
- Proven full-stack experience across both front-end and back-end
- Solid command of at least one modern front-end framework and one backend language
- Comfortable designing and consuming APIs (e.g. REST)
- Experience with databases and data modelling (relational and/or NoSQL)
- Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with our stack (Next.js, React/TypeScript, Node, Java) or a willingness to learn it
- Experience with headless CMS platforms
- Experience with serverless environments and modern deployment platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- An eye for design detail and UX
